Abstract:
I will describe an analysis framework and initial results for
building a `social physics' that can be used to model and
predict productivity in organizations.
Biography:
Professor
Alex (“Sandy”) Pentland is a pioneer in
organizationalengineering, mobile information systems, and
computational social science.Sandy's focus isthe development of
human-centered technology, and the creation of ventures thattake
this technology into the real world.
